How Our Supervision Program Works

Enrollment & Orientation

We begin with a meeting to discuss the program’s overview, curriculum, and requirements. We’ll review and sign a supervision contract and schedule your initial supervision sessions.

Weekly Online Meetings

These sessions will cover ABA terminology, history, concepts aligned with the BACB Task List, article discussions, and review of assignments and videotaped sessions.

Video Reviews

You’ll provide video samples of your work for review, meeting the BACB requirement of at least two supervisor observations per month.

Who Should Enroll?

Our supervision is tailored for BCBA or BCaBA candidates who are:

Committed to their professional development.
Eligible for supervision as per BACB Experience Standards, including enrollment in an approved ABA Masters or certification program.
Employed in, or have access to, an ABA setting or a client requiring ABA services (with all necessary consents).
Able to complete 20-130 experience hours per month.
Equipped with a computer, internet access, webcam, microphone, and video recording capabilities.
